I was born and raised in a small town in Saxony Germany, where I spent my youth training and competing in track and field and helping my grandparents on their little farm.
I became a Physical Therapist and started my own business as a traveling Therapist where I worked with kids, seniors, and cancer patients in hospice care.
In 2009 I met my husband who was working in my little hometown as an engineer at a start up solar panel producing company. He came from the United States and helped to build this factory, to create jobs for the local community.
In 2012 he got the opportunity to move back to the US for a new position in the bay area and I followed him.
After studying Occupational Safety and Health at the OSHA Academy, I worked in a startup company in Sunnyvale, CA first as a technician and worked my way up to be a Manufacturing Supervisor. During this time, I studied at the Villanova University Project Management.
In 2017 we moved to Beaverton, OR where I worked as a Construction Coordinator and Project Manager in Construction.
The US is now my home and in 2022 I became a US citizen.
When I don’t work, I enjoy gardening, woodworking, beekeeping, crocheting and just being out in nature.
When I came to the US, I went through a big career change, and I love it. Helping build things from the ground up, seeing it, coming to life, and experiencing the flood of ideas that are going into a project gives me joy.
I love working with people, helping people to be successful in their goals so that their dreams can come true.
Doris and Patrick are hardworking people with a great vision. I enjoy working with them, putting ideas to the vision, and helping them to make their idea come to life.
